My son continues to improve. He is gaining weight (122 lbs) and doing many things for himself again. He has 2 more Chemo treatments before they will do another scan to see what is going on inside. He has started a reduction in the pain meds with palliative care, and doing fine with the lower dose (so far). We are hoping for good news from the scan and looking forward to what they will call a remission. The Doctors remain pessimistic and think we are just “dreaming” about this being close to over – only time really will tell. But we remain optimistic and hopeful.
