Dr. appointment revealed nothing new. Said nothing changed but said “it’s only been 4 days”… giving the impression he thought we might have seen a change, but hadn’t yet. My son’s pain level is increasing, and not sure if it’s related to the radiation or something else, but all the pain is still in that same area. Originally we were told this was to control the pain and spread of the cancer — still hoping and praying that it works to do that. Keep praying. Appreciate all your prayers.

Today will be radiation Day 3 — after which there are blood tests and port opening and then 2 hours of hydration. My son was concerned that nothing was happening because there are no ill effects so far from the radiation treatments. We see the radiation oncologist on Tuesday after his treatment.
