Here’s how it works:
Let’s say you belong to a sweepstakes group and want to share your sweepstakes with everyone in the group. Sharing entries helps everyone discover more opportunities to win.
For example, suppose you’ve created a group in YesUWon Sweepstakes Manager called “Share” that contains sweepstakes you want to send to your friends.
It’s easy!
- Select your group. Highlight the “Share” group in YesUWon Sweepstakes Manager.
- Save your sweepstakes. Click the Save button and give the file a name.
- Send it to your friends. Attach the saved file to an email and send it.
- Load and enjoy! Your friends simply click the Load button in their copy of YesUWon Sweepstakes Manager and select the file.

Selecting Several Items at Once
The items list works exactly like Windows Explorer, letting you act on multiple sweepstakes at the same time.
How multi-select works
- Ctrl + Click → Add or remove individual items from the selection
- Shift + Click → Select a continuous range of items
- Right-click a selected item → Keeps the whole selection
- Right-click an unselected item → Selects only that one item
Once you have multiple items highlighted, these commands work on every selected item:
- * New Daily (email-only)
- Goto (opens all selected websites)
- Mark Done
- Mark as Uncompleted
- Mark as Won
- Copy Item…
- Rename Item
- Move to Group
- Remove from Current Group
- Delete (asks for confirmation once and shows the count)
